  4. joan

  5. Yvonne

I did not inherit my mom’s nails…I’ve tried so many products I could open a small product store! My nails are so weak, come off in layers, split down the center!
Help! I keep them short with clear polish.

Thank you for the opportunity to win!

  6. Sheila

I work in a dental office,so i wash my hands all day. Lots and lots of lotion when i get home, especially at bedtime!

  7. Jane

    lots of lotion!!

  8. Janet

I like to take a piece of aloe from my plant outside and absorb it into the nails and let it dry. This makes them stronger.

  9. Gianna

I wash and clip them frequently.

  10. Margaret

I have a bedtime routine I follow every night that includes my nails. I file my nails in one direction just enough to keep them even and well shaped; if I am wearing nail polish, I refresh my top coat bringing it over the tip of the nail; and then I rub a cuticle balm into my cuticles and under the nail tip. Then I finish up with a rich hand cream. During the day I try to remember to use a hand cream with SPF and to wear work gloves when I’m working in the garden or dish washing gloves in the kitchen. I just wish I had started this routine years ago.

  11. Carly

I use alot of hand lotion and keep my fingernails trimmed neatly.

Unfortunately I don’t have good nail. I have tried everything including Biotin and many nail strengtheners, fortifiers and so on and none of it works for me. So I keep my nails short. :(

  17. amanda

  18. Nichole

I take Biotin faithfully. Every day.

  19. Holly

I massage oil on my cuticles and nail beds, but I still have weak nails that break often. my nails need help :)

  20. April

I keep my nails healthy by keeping them clean

  21. Roni

I have always wanted lovely fingernails, but my nails are soft and tear easily. My mother had long beautiful strong nails. I have started a healthy diet and have found a wonderful complete nutritional supplement that is starting to help my nails. But I have had to wear acrylic nails for so long, my nails are truly in bad shape. I would love the chance to try Dermelect to get my nails in shape. Thank you for a chance.

  22. Jill

I clean my nails nightly and polish and add strengthener to them at least three days per week.

    jweezie43[at]gmail[dot]com

  23. marcia

I put lotion on my hands and wear cotton gloves at night. I live in Colorado, so it’s very dry and it makes my nails crack

  24. Test

    This is a test

  25. Emily

I apply cuticle softener and moisturizer on my hands and then put on old clean cotton gloves in the evenings. Does the trick!

  26. Rebecca

I have a lotion for my nails I use.
    xxbeccaannxx@gmail.com

  27. Mary

My nails have recently developed vertical ridges, so I have to keep them short. They look best with a lighter-colored polish, which lasts longer, too. But I would love to try Dermelect. Thanks for the opportunity.

  28. Shirley

I keep my nails filed, so there are no rough edges to catch on my clothes, jewelry, or other things.

  29. Happi

I rub lotion into my nails and cuticles often but have terrible nails due to osteoporosis

  30. Lisa

I’ve tried many products but nothing seems to help my weak nails from cracking on the sides.

  31. kathy

    i mainly polish them weekly

  32. Debbie

I really can’t keep my nails looking good. A professional manicure helps but that’s a rare thing for me.

    dchrisg3 (at) gmail (dot) com

  33. Linda

I make sure to put moisturizer on my hands and nails several times a day.

  34. Cathy

I just try to do the best I can with how they are. My nails grow fast, I have 1 nail that splits so I keep my nails short. I wash my hands, moisturize my hands with SPF cream. I drink lots on water. I file my nails every 7-10 days. I have a spare nail file at my desk at work in case i need it. I take a multi vitamin. I don’t wear gloves to clean only when gardening. I do get lots of compliments on my nails. Great sweepstakes, I hope to win,,

  35. LISA

I really don’t do too much to my nails, as I do data entry 40 hours a week (manicures just don’t last). Being over 50, though, I do take a multi-vitamin/supplement every day. My nails really like this, as I find that I have to trim them back. Still, I really would like them to look better!

  36. Jennifer

I use oilve oil on my cuticles, hand cream every day and I try not to expose them to too hot of water. I also drink plenty of water thru out the day. I try not to kepp my nail too long, and if i do get a break I try to file it right away. I also try to keep clear nail polish on them when I can.

  37. Nichole

My nails grow very fast, but unfortunately they are VERY thin and tend to curl towards my fingertips if they grow too long. To try to keep them healthy, I eat almonds, take vitamins and a fish oil supplement. I have only been on this health kick for a few months and so far, my nails are still thin and curling. To keep them looking halfway decent I keep my nails very short. I hope the Dermelect Nail Recovery System will help me have the long, beautiful natural nails I so desperately crave.

  38. Duane

I drink milk almost every day, use a nail file instead of fingernail clippers almost all of the time.

  39. Colleen

I try to keep something on my nails at all times even if it is just a hardener. My sister and I are part time florists and when we have our hands in water all time it is tough to keep nails strong. I try to get a manicure or do them myself every other week to keep them covered and strong.

  40. joy

I eat semi-regularly 5 raw sweet almonds per day. This really helps strengthen both my teeth and nails. Because my life is so hectic, sometimes I run out or forget, and I can really tell the difference when I do. I think if I had a nail regimen like this one, it would provide the impetus I needed to remember to take the steps of healthy living every single day!!! So, I hope I win.

  41. Leonor

    my nails need helpvery quikly

  42. Barbara

I work on a computer all day and with paper. This seems to dry my nails out I am starting to use Biotin.
I would love to have an opportunity to try your products.

  43. Margaret

I am ordering the Dermelect Products today……and I am hopeful that in a couple of weeks, I have a positive endorsement to share…..my nails are thin, and peal back in layers at the end…..I don’t have my hands in water much and always wear rubber gloves when washing dishes……I’ve got my fingers crossed that by July 1….(when you might call me to tell me I am a winner!) that I will have good news to share with others.

  44. Carol

I’ve always had beautiful nails until the the past few years.I’m on many meds, work in the garden, and play with the grandchildren. I do work part time in a health spa. I’m now trying all natural essential oils plus vitamins. But they don’t grow like they used too.

  45. Karla

I used to get my nails done regularly, then I stopped. After taking them off, my nails were very thin and would not grow at all. They peeled and broke. Now I don’t use anything on them at all except for Lush’s cuticle cream and I buff them whenever I think about it. They are now growing stronger and longer! I would LOVE to try your product!

  46. adrienne

Wish I had the nails I did when I was young! Can’t afford the mani’s like I did when I was working, so just the occasional splurge for a mani is what I do for my hands & my self.

  47. Celeste

I use Solar Nail Cuticle Oil several times a day on my nails and on the cuticles. I keep my nails relatively short and buff them occasionally. I also keep a good hand cream in my purse and at work and use it when my hands and nails feel dry.

  48. Karen

To keepy nails looking beautiful, I use a nail brush to gently remove anything from underneath my nails then I exfoliate my hand and nails and finish by rubbing oil intoy cuticles. It works great!

  49. Rebecca

For the majority of my life, my nails were very healty and strong. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with a form of psoriasis; it’s definitely had a huge affect on my nails. They have become extremly brittle. I can see crack lines form…not in a symetrical way. Then they’ll break randomly. Also, at times they’ll layer and peel. I garden quite a bit and that certainly takes its toll; but I love it and won’t stop…it’s a wonderful hobby! I would certainly love to try a good product such as your Dermelect System. Here’s to winning!! Oh, by the way, my dermatologist recommend biotin supplements along with zinc. I haven’t gotten into that as yet. Thanks for the possibility!!

  50. Barbara

I have vertical splits down both thumbnails and can’t grow them at all. I’ve thought about getting gel overlays on those nails but I think that would just make it worse. I’d love to try the Dermelect system!

  51. Gwendolyn

I am a former nail bitter. Instead of biting my nails now, I put a clear coat of polish on them. My nails and hands look so much better. I don’t get manicures yet but will soon treat myself to one to get rid of the dead skin, cuticles and hang nails. I just want my hands to look beautiful. Thank you

  52. Rachel

I work alot in the yard. I try to keep nail cream on when I am not. I have thin and brittle nails and would love to try your product….

  53. Carol

My mother had beautiful strong nails, which all three of my girls inherited. However, I got my Dad’s thin brittle nails! I would love to try your product.

  54. Susan

I take calcium supplements and a supplement for hair, skin, & nails. I wear gloves when I do housework. My nails are so thin and fragile. I have never been able to grow my nails!

  55. Elizabeth

Oh my nails need help. Other than handlotion, keeping them short they peel and break all the time. I try to keep nailpolish on but nothing is working.

  56. S Carter

I use cutical oil daily and a good hand mouisturizer.

  57. Laksh

I love long nails and have been wearing mine long since my tenth grade.. I make sure I wash my hands every couple of hours and moisturise them. This helps me keep my nails clean and rid of all dirt. This also prevents them breaking often :) hope I win!

  58. Gay Lynn

I had long, beautiful, & strong nails for decades. Now that I am 50+, they are splitting, cracking, breaking, & had white streaks on the nail bed and are much thinner. I now use moisturizing nail polish remover which helped with the white streaks. I put oil around the cuticles, use hand cream, & gloves to clean. THE BEST THING SO FAR IS MIRACLE CURE BY S.H. As long as I keep it on my nails, they’ve been growing a lot longer and seem much stronger.

  59. Lorna

My nails have always been weak and it is difficult to grow them. I keep my hands clean and the nails as neat as possible, given the difficulties.

  60. Michaele

I just moved to the high desert mountains of New Mexico and my nails are a mess! I’m assuming it’s the change in climate but it could also be ageing. I’m at a loss as to what to do and would love to try your products…hope I win! ;o)

  61. Jackie

I put lotion on my hands and nails. I keep my nails filed with a glass nail file. My nails are weak and break very easily. I notice that they have a lot of ridges and they don’t grow out straight. I take care of my grandchildren so I don’t have a lot of time for myself.

  62. Jackie

I just put lotion on my hands and try to keep my nails filed. I only use a glass nail file. I take care of my grandchildren so I don’t have a lot of time for myself.

  63. Priscilla

My nails are splitt ing, chipping and weak. I’ve used other products (Barielle, Sally Hansen, et al.) to no avail. I’ve read several comments from women with the same problem posted here, I’d love to win it, as I’m really tired of paying for things that don’t work, but I’m willing to pay the price fora product that does work.

  64. Darlene

I make a scrub with honey and sugar and massage into my hands and arms. Rinse and apply moisturizer.

  65. joyce

I need help! My nails split vertically and break off before they get to a nice length. I would love to have the change to try your products to see if they could help me! The products look wonderful! Thanks

  66. Christal

I used the set you are giving away. It has been about 90 days and I see great improvement and would sure like a free set!

  67. Marianne

I swear by no chp manicures. I am on day 24 and my nails look as good as day 1!

  68. Linda

Not sure if my comment went through. Got a message saying I was posting my comment too quickly. Huh???

  69. Shirley

To keep my nails looking fresh, healthy, and bright I use lemon juice with a cu-tip. It takes away the yellowish tint and then I apply clear polish. Not fancy, but natural!

  70. Robbin

I’ve never been able to have nice natural nails. They always tear/break right at the edge between the white and pink part. I would love to win something like this. I do use a lot of lotion, but my hands are in water a lot.

  71. Hillary

My nails can be brittle and my hands are dry. I’ve found that when I wear gloves to bed with lotion for my hands, it has also helped to condition my nails.

  72. Michelle

I take Biotin supplements. Great giveaway – Thanks so much!

  73. Sarilyn

Almond Oil rubbed in to nails and cuticles.

  74. Sandra

I wish I could do more! I’m a teacher and a single mother…so I file, a little buff, and a little nail polish, and I’m good to go. I enjoyed when I could go get my nails done…and look forward to pampering myself if I’m chosen. My daughter loves it when I do her nails…we have spa/make over days. So fun!! Aren’t girls the best? =)

  75. JOAN

I SOAK HAND IN WARM OLIVE OIL AND USE NAUTRAL PURE AFRICA SHEA BUTTER AND VIT. E AROUND CUTICLE.

  76. Sharon

In April, my once healthy nails started peeling. Down to the growth area, then past that. I started taking extra Calcium, extra B complex, Biotin, Collegen, Black Currant, Fish Oil, and topically, I started using the Curel hand and cuticle therapy as often as I thought about it, and Solar Oil 4 times a day. I had my thyroid checked. (all good)

So far, I think all I’ve done is stop the peeling. They haven’t started growing again…I’m kind of afraid they won’t. After all, I never did anything to start this process, why should it reverse?

  77. suzie

mine have been brittle and cracking for the past couple of years. have started wearing gloves when washing dishes and always use hand lotion. since beginning of 2011 when using Ovation cell therapy on hair, have started putting it on nails… they don’t tear off as bad and actually have grown centimeters longer. :)

  78. Allie

I keep my nails trimmed and moisturize my cuticles daily. I always apply lotion after washing my hands or using alcohol based sanitizers. My nails are basically short and tend to be on the brittle side, so I devote a weekly spa treatment devoted solely to my finger and toe nails. They need all the help they can get, especially during the summer months when the hot weather dries them out and they are constantly on display!!

  79. Barb

I drink Silicea gel that I get when I’m in Germany … it strengthens nails and hair!

  80. KAREN

I AM 69 YRS.OLD AND FINALLY HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF MY NAILS. I WAS A TEACHER AND REMOVED ALL MY STAPLES WITH MY NAILS!! HORRID !! THEN I BECAME AN AVID GARDENER AND JUST COOULDN’T WEAR GLOVES. NOW IT IS TIME TO DO SOMETHING. HELP!!!! THANKS.

  81. Kendra

buff, file and moisturize..do not use bright red polishes–they can turn nails yellow over time

  82. Helen

Lotion and gloves when doing cleaning.

  83. Terry

I keep my hands and nails mosturized during the day and at night I frequently sleep in white gloves. I keep my natural nails short and polished with a quality nail harderner. When I wear color, it is always a neutral.

  84. Denise

I keep my cuticles wel moisturized and a good strengthener and hardener on my nails at all times

  85. Karen

I file my nails as I was taught when I was a teen, I smooth and buff. Then base coat, 2 layers of color and top coat. I like good quality polish, too. I love real nails.

  86. Vikki

I try to cut hangnails/torn cuticles with a cuticle nipper instead of tearing them off. Then I put Neosporin on them. I’ve found that the best way to have healthy nails is to have healthy cuticles. When I get a manicure, I go to a place that focuses on healthy natural nails rather than acrylics, etc.

  87. Donna

I have always had great nails, healthy, strong and natural. Everyone always complimented me on my great looking nails… and then suddenly they are horrible. My hands stay dry, my nails brittle, my cuticles are cracked and look terrible. I have tried everything, hand cremes, cuticle oil of every description and still, I wish it I could wear gloves. I pray this product can help!

  88. Debra

I make sure my hands and cuticles are moisturized
I get plenty of vitamin D and I squeeze my hands periodically through the day to promote peripheral circulation

  89. Donna

After 18 years of using acrylics on my nails, they are paper- thin, peel, break and refuse to grow with any kind or normalcy- even with taking vitamins.I use a brand of natural heel/ Foot repair, olive oil, a brand of Aloe lotion and a buzzing insects brand serum on my feet, hands and nails each night without fail- nothing helps. I’ve tried the so- called moisture gloves- phooey- and just about all lotions and nail fixes but so far not one product returned my nails to their pre-chemical damage. No more nasty and dangerous acrylics for me ever again! I still keep hoping though! :O) Stubby Nails in Alabama

  90. Mary

I always wear rubber gloves when doing dishes, using cleaning product, working outdoors etc! I use hand lotion every evening and eat citrus fruits and veggies every day! it works well!

  91. Tina

    I take vitamins

  92. Irina

Don`t do anything. : ) That`s why I really want to win this!

  93. Betty

I have been taking a special vitamin for hair and nails to help strengthen my nails

  94. MargaretAnn

  95. chris

    buff them

  96. Nataliya

I’ve tried a lot of nail care product to my nails. None of them really worked. It would be nice to try this one. I hope it will work fine, because i like the other products from Soft Surroundings.

  97. Debbie

I have tried just about every product out there. I wore acrylics for many years and have spent the last five babying my natural nails so they would grow. I would love to be able to wear them longer but they get a little split between layers and so I have to cut them down. I use creams, oils, voodoo and anything else rumored to help. I would love to win this!

  98. Barbara

Well the whole point is I don’t do anything to have healthy nails. That’s the whole problem. I keep my hands clean and I usually push my cuticles back with my other nail(s) and the clip them. Lately they have been sad and soft so I had to clip them down.

  99. valerie

I USE TO TRY AND KEEP MY NAILS NICE, BY GIVING MYSELF A MANICURE EVERYWEEK. BUT I had a stroke a couple of years ago and my body is not the same. Everything has gone down hill. But there is always HOPE!!!! Thanks Val Ohio

  100. Kathleen

My nails are hopeless….wore acrylics…had them removed…flouride treatment, TIPS, nothing is working….and I’m tired of the acrylics.

  101. Penny

My nails also grow fast but are soft with ridges that flake and split. I used to use Mary Kay nail system but that is non existant. Right now I just take vitamins and try to keep my nails clean.

  102. LaKeisha

I drink a lot of water

  103. Darlene

    Put on spf handcream

  104. Jerry

I am a 5 year cancer survivor(on a fixed income) and after surgery & radiation was taking a pill(instead of chemo)for the 5 yrs. Many bad side effects, but one was brittle nails…..I have been buffing them and using hardener until they start growing out, which is a slow process. I need something better than the filing and clear polish I’m using now. My nails are a mess!

  120. cheryl

aquaphor everynight before i go to sleep

  121. Diane

First off, I have psoriasis. It affects nails along with my skin and joints. Since I love to have nice nails, I have had acrylic nails on for 9 years. I am told I need to take them off and let my natural nails try to recover but I figure I will look worse than bad. If this product would help my nails to be strong and grow out to where I could just use clear or light polishes, I would be delighted. And I would love to give it a try. Having to deal with psoriasis is bad enough; ugly nails would be the last straw. If I win and it works for me, I will let you know.
    Thanks………..!

  122. susan

I ‘rest’ my nails by leaving then natural for one week each month

  123. Michelle

I have to get my nails done or else the will break off. They grow long but are very soft.

  124. Ann

Have always been careless with my nails, used them as “tools”, etc. At 63, I’m finally aware of the damage and why they split, and am much more cautious how I use them. They’re doing better. I always admire women with lovely nails.

  125. Marsha

I have not found a good quality product as yet, I have
a good nail shape/bed nothing seems to keep up w/promises

  126. Jan

  127. Rebecca

I have been taking Biotin from GNC for healthy nails.

  128. Barbara

I keep clear coat polish on my nails, lots of lotion before and after doing dishes. I have spent lots of money and time on products that didn’t work. My nails are very brittle. I would love to try this. Sounds great

  129. betty

I moisturize my nails and cuticles. I try to keep them protected with polish so I don’t chip them at work. I take special vitamins for nails.

  130. JeanE

I keep them average length, squared; smooth w/soft file daily and keep cuticles soft with cuticle lotion. I buff my nails weekly for some shine. I rarely polish.

  132. RaeAnn

I used to to always received compliments on my nails but..since I had my first baby 5 months ago I have completely neglected my hands and it shows. A new nail regimen would give me a great reason to pamper myself when baby is napping!

  133. Deb

  134. Katinka

I used to an AVON Rep for many years; their nail products are good. I would love to promote Dermelect System because I believe in the ingredients. I hope to win the first set and purchase the rest from here on.
    Thank you.

  135. Paige

I’d love something to make my nails healthier. They’ve always had problems with splitting and being brittle so I tried gel nails over my natural nails and it worked for awhile but when I could no longer afford it, my nails were in horrendous shape. I’ve been trying to grow them out but every time they get even a little bit long, they break, they’re so weak. Would love to try this system!

  136. Kathleen

Entering this contest is the most healthy thing I’ve done for my nails….please help!!

  137. Rose

I always put on a base coat, polish my nails around three times a week — but the manicures don’t last more than a few days, unfortunately. Rose.

  138. Amanda

You know I don’t do ANYTHING with my nails…being a busy mommy doesn’t give me time…

I put lotion on my nails to keep them moistserized.
It helps them from becoming dry and brittle.

I used to have gorgeous natural nails, then they were gorgeous fake-but-natural-looking nails, now they are just nails. :( My regimen of file, buff, strengthener isn’t working anymore so I’d love to try the Dermelect system.

I use one minute manicure and avenoplex.

I trim them once a week to keep them from breaking or peeling, as well as trim the cuticles and rub pure almond oil with a drop of Blue Tansy oil into the nails and all over my hands for some cooling relief. My nails are getting very weak as I get older and they peel so often I have to keep them extremely short now. And the almond oil keeps the nail bed in better health so they stay as strong as I can keep them.
