I am a very passionate person. I love people… The great thing about my position with Soft Surroundings is that I get to interact with so many talented individuals. I think that is why I love retail so much. Over the last 25 years in the retail business, I have met so many different people from so many different walks of life.
I love building… My favorite toy as a child was Lego. It is no wonder that I find so much satisfaction in building a team from the ground up. Soft Surroundings is the perfect company for me to build a retail culture for this organization, as it embarks on opening retail stores. I am honored to have this responsibility.
I love relationships… Family, Friends, or Customers, I am passionate about ensuring that everyone is fulfilled. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff, and at the end of the day, I care about having a sense of urgency and a sense of belonging and pride.
